| Inspired Leader Certificate Program |
|
The Inspired Leadership Certificate Program is intended for those individuals seeking accreditation for their professional development training in a variety of areas that reflect the new organizational cultures. It is composed of the several core workshops that make up the fundamental skills required to participate in organizational life in this millennium. Workshops can be taken individually or as part of the Certificate Program.
The Inspired Leadership Certificate Program will follow the principles of Competency-Based Learning and credit previous training where appropriate. Many of our corporate and government clients have employees who have taken one or more of these courses in the past from us. Credit will be provided for these towards the Leadership Certification Program.
Each course will have specific goals and outcome behaviors and will ensure that specific theoretical and practical tools are both learned and practiced within the Program.
The goal of each workshop is to ensure that every participant has the opportunity to both integrate and practice the concepts and related skills using realistic and practical work site situations utilizing the latest, cutting edge adult learning techniques.

Creating Organizational Change With Teamwork is designed for individuals in organization which is experiencing significant change in its culture, structure or vision. 2. Moving To Lead Management - 3 day workshop
Moving To Lead Management is for those individuals who desire to move from traditional (boss) management to a Lead Management style. Participants are involved in identifying those skills they already have as leaders and then building additional ones to augment their abilities in their current and any emerging roles in the organization. Each participant will have an opportunity to learn and practice the special thinking and five behaviors of successful leaders before returning to the workplace.

They will have an opportunity to explore the myth of time, conduct a private self evaluation, adjust sabotaging behaviors, identify new time management tools, and practice incorporating them into a personal action plan for their workplace.
