This one-day workshop is designed for any workplace that is ready to educate its staff about the implications of harassment in the workplace. It provides both a legal and practical background to the implications and costs of harassment on employees and the organization.

It provides an opportunity for each participant to learn and practice specific skills to enable them to deal with this common workplace challenge. It reviews typical scenarios of harassment and gets participants involved in resolving them. It is high energy, interactive, fun and challenging. 


Program Deliverables
Upon completion of this workshop participants will be able to: 
Identify supervisor’s role Harassment and Discrimination. 
Describe the myths about Harassment and Discrimination. 
Describe the five needs of the victim and perpetuator that are impacted by Harassment and Discrimination. 
Explain the role of beliefs in Harassment and Discrimination. 
Demonstrate how the supervisor's relationship can assist a team member to act respectfully. 
Demonstrate the impact of the leader or supervisor modeling. 
Help team members to learn respectful workplace behaviors. 
Demonstrate the "Four Step Process" for getting someone to act responsible. 
List strategies for dealing with Harassment and Discrimination. 
Display a personal action plan to apply at the workplace .
